Prof Kalamonia made this call as the region's already-confirmed five MDCEs took the oath of the district chief executive's under the local government act to become officially known as MDCEs of their respective assemblies.
“Don’t say I am the DCE, say we are the DCEs including constituency, polling station, electoral area, regional executives to regional minister. Let’s acknowledge everybody to be part of us” - prof Kalamonia noted
