A level 300 Art Education Student at the University of Education, Winneba, Kanyiti Sabura Kantama has been adjudged the Most Dedicated Tertiary Student Politician at the just ended Central Tertiary Awards.
Several students from various tertiary institutions in the central region converged at the GNAT HALL in Cape Coast for the award scheme, which took place on Friday, August 13, 2021.
The hardworking Communications Director of Tescon-UEW who double as the President of NAGS-UEW walks home with a citation and a plaque as the Most Dedicated Student Politician.
Known for his communication proficiency, Kantama has been a vociferous campaigner for the ruling New Patriotic Party in the Damongo Constituency of the Savannah Region and has since risen to become the Aide to the maverick NPP Savannah Regional Chairman, Professor Alhaji Sulemana Iddrisu (Kalamonia).
He is admired by many within the NPP fraternity as a promising communicator with a refined voice who communicates effortlessly in championing the activities of party at UEW campus and his home constituency, Damongo.
As the President of NAGS-UEW, Kantama recently led a team of dedicated executives of NAGS to meet Members of Parliament from the Savannah Region.

The donation of vital learning materials, led by a dedicated teacher, Issahaku Osman, known affectionately as "Champion," brought smiles and gratitude to the young students who had been struggling with limited resources.
