NDA unveils flagbearer and running mate at manifesto launch

The New Development Alliance has unveiled Edem Dei-Tutu and Ayisha Yakubu as the party’s flagbearer and running mate respectively ahead of the general elections.
Launching the manifesto of NDA at the Ringway campus of the Ghana Institute of Journalism on March 10, 2021, the commutations director of the party Festus Harlley said the NDA is a new force in the political dispensation of Ghana and that the two personalities elected as presidential and vice presidential candidates are “the best pair for Ghana”.
In his speech, the presidential candidate Edem Dei-Tutu said his administration will create jobs and lead the country to an economic transformation that has never been witnessed before in the history of Ghana. “Comrades, we will not only provide jobs, we will lead the biggest and fiercest economic transformation this country has ever the seen”—Mr Edem noted.
